One of the questions posed today was, where is the evidence that a woman can not marry without a Wali (Guardian). Here is the daleel:

Narrated AbuMusa: The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said: There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian. - Dawud

Yahya related to me from Malik that he had heard that Said ibn al-Musayyab had said that Umar ibn al-Khattab said, "A woman is only married with the consent of her guardian or the Sultan. - Muwatta

Also you women are not supposed to be alone talking to any man who is not a mahram to you:

Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported: I heard Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) delivering a sermon and making this observation:" No person should be alone with a woman except when there is a Mahram with her, and the woman should not undertake journey except with a Mahram." - Muslim

So thus all of you women holding private talks with men on the internet with no mahram present are sinning.

Sisters Fear Allah and stop trying to fight me on teaching you the truth for I am not your enemy. Everythng I tell you is backed with evidence from the Quran and authentic sunnah. These things others tell you is from their hawa (desires). I am not your enemy, these people are. Leave these people and join Sunnnahfollowers and save your soul from the hellfire!

"And keep thy soul content with those who call on their lord morning and evening, seeking His Face; and let not thine eyes pass beyond them, seeking the pomp and glitter of this Life; no obey any whose heart We have permitted to neglect the remembrance of Us, one who follows his own desires, whose case has gone beyond all bounds." - Quran 18:28

May Allah keep us all upon the straight path..Ameen!

Laila Nasheeba

Managing Director

sunnahfollowers.net

One-hour one
of the intercontinental missile, he has produced seven, and enough to
drink a pot of his enemy. Wait until the afternoon, after accumulating
more resources to be recycled on the dozens of pieces of his, he does
not believe in so much under attack ICBMs people will die in the
bombing.

Just going off the assembly line, the newly built SAM system, issued a
harsh warning sound.

A third of the beautiful. Her body is well developed, in a blue uniform
open under the even more ups and downs, and an increase in military
uniforms also made her a bit strong. All in all, her looks can be marked
with 6 points, degree of development of body height curve can be marked
with 9 points, the average should be 7.5, this level of girls
everywhere, but can also be classified as beautiful this out.

First of all salute the Hello, pretty girl, I was fifth player. The girl
held out his hand, said hello, I’m One players. Reach out and hold
together with her neighbors think I was actually a pretty girl, really
surprised me non-small-ah.

A little girl that seemed to look down on you girl ah! No. Quickly
corrected himself, I never look down on girls, I just can not think, my
neighbor, a strengthening of A level and above who was actually a girl,
it really was a bit weird. What is incredible, in reality, the human
S-class to be named among those who strengthen a total of 308
individuals, of which there is a woman of 28, showing that even the peak
of force on behalf of the human being is also the queue Many a woman.

Said quickly, I taught,Mini Cooper,
the One, come into my headquarters sit down, what things we can
discuss. No, I’m here just want to say one thing, the planet I want, and
you Either to do my men, or to leave it.

See the original, this One is to capitulate, but also can not blame her,
more than one A-level enhancement who is eligible for saying this, but
lost to strengthen the A level and above who is not a shame to do.
However, they laughed the first, what level you had Corporal, how you
Nothing, I think we can be among some of the common words to talk about,
and to go sit down. The thrust of my wanted to see what players have
already established what air defense systems opinions.

Into the headquarters, two people sharing two sides to sit down, where
naturally there is no tea to say hello, of course, play games, so people
do not pay attention. However,Ultimate 81, One of the big screen to see the three planets to the full three-dimensional diagram,Asics Gel Stratus,
is wide open she immediately had a great pair of eyes on you, you
actually came up with the satellite it There is nothing surprising in
it, as long as you are building troops, you can yes, no technical
reserves ah.

One called it said nothing to you, I produced dozens of soldiers, but
not a chapter-building skills, you there, this is not than people, the
stakes are you Is not it. Scratched his head and said, I have produced
nine soldiers, there are two chapters are building skills, this nothing
to do it.

One said that the number of your original property is In addition to
intelligence than all 1. No wonder it was. This is what is wrong with
them My property is agile force 62,500 62,500 60,000 precise mental
fitness 100 15. Note S-class physical agility enhanced the power of
those who are very much higher than average, but this thing is just
general intelligence, and accurate to impossible to increase after 100,
that represents the master as long as the S-class to spend a little time
to practice can be trained to never miss a one.

I believe you, however, were too hard to
upgrade.

One laughed so we should come together, so that it can do complement
each other. United is not impossible, but the distribution of interests
between us it A bit of motivation, and indeed, if he has a strong
S-class help, he’s fighting, there was a qualitative leap.

One said this,Tokidoki Mex Lo,
I do not think well, you have a good proposal After listening to really
good gas Shiyou funny, but he also a bit like the girl, and she does
not own strength to pressure on people, or she is at the beginning of
this thought, but can see their great role, she will change the
strategy, she is a smart man, too embarrassed to mention his main thing,
after all, wants everyone to cooperate with each other, we must show
sincerity, otherwise, only to blow the .

Said I could make you the main, but in the interests of the game I
received 60%, the terms This can not, V, I admit you are a very capable
person, but if you take away 60%, so, and I give you what the difference

Cooperation and the strong will in order to come up with a considerable
strength from the strong, not change the phrase no power no say in it
One said, also good at you to step back, come back several hours later, I
would not talk to you while you eliminated.

One is not angry is not it I’d like to see how much power you can
destroy me, do not forget, I am a fighting man enough to be you and all
your men slaughtered all out.

uestion: I have read
that the hij'ab we use should extend to cover our bosom. If we are
wearing salwar which has a long piece of extra cloth which perfectly
covers the bosom, should we still wear the head scarf in a way that
covers the bosom. Wouldn't the long piece of clothe draped over the
bosom serve the purpose ?

Answer:
In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh

As
Muslims, we are very fortunate to be the followers of such a deen which
is complete and comprehensive. In our daily lives we ought to be
vigilant of falling into the traps of shaitaan. A person at every given
moment should be aware of obeying every single commandment of Allah
Ta’āla more so in today’s times keeping in mind the amount of fitnah
that has befallen us.
The aspect of hijāb is considered to be
something of the past. It is such a delicate and renowned issue at this
present moment throughout the world. There are so many people for it
and at the same time so many against it. Nevertheless, it is the duty of
every Muslimah individual to uphold and revere this outstsanding
practice of Islam. Furthemore, the aspect of hijāb all boils down to
modesty and shame. The most important thing is to conceal ones body from
those who have been prohibited to glance at any woman no matter what
type of garb is adorned.
Modesty is a noble characteristic which
should be adopted into every aspect of life. Rasulullah (Sallallahu
Alayhi Wa Sallam) said:

إن مما أدرك الناس من كلام النبوة ، إذا لم تستحى فافعل ما شئت

"Indeed, surely people will come to know the words of prophethood. Shamelessness is from
futile things, and futile things lead you to the fire of Hell.”
(Sunan Al-Tirmidhi, Vol. 2, Pg. 21, HM Saeed)

Allah
Ta’ala says in the Quran “Oh Nabi, tell your wives and your daughters
and the women of the believers that they should draw down their jilbābs
(outer covering) over them’’ (33:59)
This command is addressed to the
women of the ummat until the day of judgment. Ibn Masūd and Ibn Abbās
(Radhi yallāhu anhum) states that this verse refers to covering the
entire body including the
face.
(Sahīh mukhatasr ibn kathīr, Vol. 3, Pg. 1458-1459 Dār as Salām)
Umme
Salama (Radhi yallāhu anha) was asked regarding the interpretation of
this verse, she replied, This verse was revealed regarding the Ansāri
women who were seen wearing long black garments”
Hijāb essentially
requires that women not appear infront of strange males without proper
covering (hijāb). This has been an established practice amongst all the
Ambiyā (Alayhimus salātu wa salām) , Sahāba (Radhi yallāhu anhum) and
all righteous people.
The essence of hijāb is that the body is
concealed with such a covering that does not expose the figure or shape
of the body and it should not be done with such clothing that clings to
the body. If the shalwār khamees fulfills these criterias, then it will
be perfectly normal to wear it considering ones self to be in a state of
hijāb.

And Allāh Ta῾āla Knows Best
Wassalāmu ῾alaykum

Ml.

Mentioning
the mortality of the world eminent scholar Shaikh Abdul Hameed recited
the beginning verses of "Al-Ankabuut" and said, “most of the people
think that the main aim of their lives is to work hard after getting up
daily in order to fetch more and more money, then to provide each kind
of facilities for them selves, all the time they try to eat well, to
drink well, and live facing no difficulty, rather the holy Quran teaches
us that this mortal world has been created to examine us by different
ways”. Some times we are checked up by the excessive of wealth and some
times by losing of property, more over, it is a tough examination for
each human being to be gifted a distinguished status among all, Allah
almighty does it with us to show us who is the well doer of actions in
both the situations having facilities or not having it?"

Shaikh continued saying, “Managing the
Borden of excessive of wealth is more difficult than suffering poverty,
as it is witnessed in our experience that rarely rich persons can be
found to help poors, or to spend in the Allah’s way or to build
religious schools; because most of them lose their money in drinking
wine, killing the innocent people, or doing other criminal activities.
It is also noted that whenever a prophet called public almost "poor
community" accepted the God’s message. Certainly thanking to God while
having much money is a great job of believers if they do it.”
Declaring
rebellion and disobedience the result of excessive of money, Khateeb of
Ahl-us-Sunna argued from the holy Qur'an as Almighty Allah says:

“کلا إن الإنسان ليطغى أن رآه استغنى” [Nay! Verily, man does transgress
(in disbelief and evil deed). Because he considers himself
self-sufficient.] sorry to say that human beings are deceived a lot by
this mortal world, whenever they are given some thing so they think that
it is because of his efforts, he does not think that each and every
thing is given to us from Allah almighty side, so it is very necessary
that first of all we must thank to powerful Allah.”
Mawlana Abdul
Hameed more added that it is our duty to thank to God when we enjoy
Allah’s blessings, as well as we must show patience when we suffer
difficulties in our lives.
Shaikh asked, “Where went wealthy persons,
and those who had the power of orders? Now they are lying in graves,
thus we also return to this position, so it is very necessary to
consider both the facilitating & suffering only test from Allah
almighty."
Shaikh call the audience to study the history of prophets,
friends of God, and other Islamic scholars who were tested through
different kinds of tests, especially our holy prophet Mohammad صلى الله
عليه وسلم was examined a lot and he faced a lot of difficulties from
non-Muslims, as the books of his biography witness it clearly.
Prominent
Shaikh pointed that the land of Hijaz (Arab Peninsula) clearly
witnesses that our holy prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sacrificed a lot,
then his companions followed their prophet (PBUH), it is the land of
Hijaz where prophet Ismaeel (PBUH) faced thirst and huger, in the same
way on this historical land respected Hajirah رضی اللہ عنها showed her
great patience on facing many difficulties, thus following their ideal
personalities the prophet’s companions and other friends of God
sacrificed a lot while they preached the people, undoubtedly if they
didn’t sacrifice in past, so we would not be Muslims now, the complete
history of prophet’s companions witnesses that in spite of their
personal advantages they preferred to serve the Islam religion, and
spread out Islam in different sides of the world (may Allah be pleased
with them).

The importance of Uprightness
Describing
the Importance of uprightness respected Shaikh said, “It was the
distinguished point of our pious scholars that they did not lose their
heart rather they showed stability and faced every difficult moment,
thus this world couldn’t deceive them and all the times they kept it in
their minds to be on the right way."
At the end of first part of his
speech Shaikh said: “Allah almighty has exchanged our selves, wealth,
and each and every thing of us with the valuable Jannah, many people are
not ready to bear a small problem for God's sake and claim that they
are Muslims! A Muslim should be ready for any sort of untoward
situation. May Allah almighty add up us among His good slaves on the
Resurrection Day.

Extremists try to provoke Shi'ite public opinion against us
Pointing
to the start of the new phase of expansion project of the largest
mosque of the Sunnis in Iran and rebuilding the old building in order to
accommodate more worshipers, he further said people have been offering
prayers on roads and streets, after enlarging the floors and capacity of
the mosque, God welling we all will worship Almighty Allah inside.
The
prominent Sunni scholar indicated towards baseless charges of some
Shiite extremist elements on the Sunni community to receive support from
abroad in order to build Makki mosque, saying, "We think the statements
of some elements who accuse us of receiving support from abroad in
order to build this mosque are not noticeable, these people just want to
charge Ahl al-Sunnah, and it seems if they do not accuse Sunnis of Iran
they feel uneasy and some thing makes them agonized."
Shaikh Abdul
Hameed more added, "They (extremist Shiite) do not know but accusation,
they do not know anything about the problems and difficulties that we
face in providing such limited funds to build the mosque, we provide
fund for the re-building project by taking loan from this and that, this
money has been gotten through voluntary contributions and the people of
this city who are quick to participate in this good deed support the
project."
Talking to the audience he urged, "Those who accuse us of
what we do not do, they are mentally ill and poor faith, they do not
believe in Allah's support and aid, in fact, such elements only want to
raise public opinion and incite Shiite regime against the Sunnis of
Iran."

The Prophet (p.b.u.h) lay down and turned his face
to the other side. Then Abu Bakr came and spoke to me harshly saying,
"Musical instruments of Satan near the Prophet (p.b.u.h) ? " Allah's
Apostle (p.b.u.h) turned his face towards him and said, "Leave them."
When Abu Bakr became inattentive, I signaled to those girls to go out
and they left. It was the day of 'Id, and the Black people were playing
with shields and spears; so either I requested the Prophet (p.b.u.h) or
he asked me whether I would like to see the display. I replied in the
affirmative. Then the Prophet (p.b.u.h) made me stand behind him and my
cheek was touching his cheek and he was saying, "Carry on! O Bani
Arfida," till I got tired. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) asked me, "Are you
satisfied (Is that sufficient for you)?" I replied in the affirmative
and he told me to leave.

This same Hadith is reported to us again in Sahih Muslim:

Book 004, Number 1942:

'A'isha reported: The Messenger of
Allah (way peace be upon him) came (in my apartment) while there were
two girls with me singing the song of the Battle of Bu'ath. He lay down
on the bed and turned away his face. Then came Abu Bakr and he scolded
me and said: Oh! this musical instrument of the devil in the house of
the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him)! The Messenger of Allah
(may peace be upon him) turned towards him and said: Leave them alone.
And when he (the Holy Prophet) became inattentive, I hinted them and
they went out, and it was the day of 'Id and negroes were playing with
shields and spears. (I do not remember) whether I asked the Messenger of
Allah (may peace be upon him) or whether he said to me if I desired to
see (that sport). I said: Yes. I stood behind him with his face parallel
to my face, and he said: O Banu Arfada, be busy (in your sports) till I
was satiated. He said (to me): Is that enough? I said: Yes. Upon this he
asked me to go.

Once again in Bukhari, this event is recorded:

Volume 5, Book 58, Number 268:

Narrated Aisha:

That once Abu Bakr came to her on the
day of 'Id-ul-Fitr or 'Id ul Adha while the Prophet was with her and
there were two girl singers with her, singing songs of the Ansar about
the day of Buath. Abu Bakr said twice. "Musical instrument of Satan!"
But the Prophet said, "Leave them Abu Bakr, for every nation has an 'Id
(i.e. festival) and this day is our 'Id."

And then in Bukhari, another Hadith relates a connection between musical
instruments and the family of David (saw). Further evidence that,
indeed, the Psalms were musical in nature:

Volume 6, Book 61, Number 568:

Narrated Abu Musa:

That the Prophet said to him' "O Abu
Musa! You have been given one of the musical wind-instruments of the
family of David .'

And on one final note, I thought the following Hadith can also be used
in the matter. The Hadith relates of how the adhan came to be, and how
the Prophet's companions suggested the use of musical instruments such
as the horn or bell like the People of the Book. Now although the
Prophet ultimately approved the use of the human voice, there is no
mention that the Prophet chastised his companions for suggesting musical
instruments for the adhan. And if the Prophet was so very much against
musical instruments, then why would his companions dare to suggest the
use of such sinful things in the call to prayer????

From Muslim Book 004, Number 0735:

Ibn Umar reported: When the Muslims
came to Medina, they gathered and sought to know the time of prayer but
no one summoned them. One day they discussed the matter, and some of
them said: Use something like the bell of the Christians and some of
them said: Use horn like that of the Jews. Umar said: Why may not a be
appointed who should call (people) to prayer? The Messenger of Allah
(may peace be upon him) said: O Bilal, get up and summon (the people) to
prayer.

DOES ISLAM PROHIBIT MUSIC?

For years I was confused on this point.

You see many Muslims who have not bothered to ACTUALLY READ THE QURAN
and HADITHS classify most music as "haram"!

Look at the "Action Items" published on one Salafy site:

"Get rid of those Michael Jackson CD's
(please see my [Osama Abdallah] notes
regarding the likes of the Michael Jackson CDs after the conclusion
section below)

"If you had a large music collection as a kafir, have a collection just
as large, but instead fill your library with Islamic audio tapes and
lectures.

"Think about how many hundreds or maybe even thousands of dollars you've
spent on music cd's and tapes that you could now spend on a home Islamic
library.

"Replace any kafir aerobic exercise video tapes with recorded drum
sounds, such as African drums, etc. . . .

http://muttaqun.com/music.html

What is the basis for the "music prohibition"?

UNSUPPORTED BY THE QURAN

The "music banners" have cited the following ayahs in support of a
"music prohibition": 31:6, 17:64, 53:57-62.

NONE OF THESE AYAHS SAYS A WORD ABOUT MUSIC!

031.006

YUSUFALI: But there are, among men,
those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to
mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path):
for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty.

PICKTHAL:
And of mankind is he who payeth for mere
pastime of discourse, that he may mislead from Allah's way without
knowledge, and maketh it the butt of mockery. As for the
one who is able, then he must make up the fasts by actually fasting and
he cannot resort to feeding the poor. (Radd al-Muhtar, 2:119, Bulaq).

Also, Shaykh Abdurrahman ibn Yusuf mentioned the following in an answer
to a seriously diabetic individual:

If this is not possible and the problem of headaches and vomiting remain
a serious problem at all times (even after working with a new regimen
of medicine and insulin), then you are considered a person incapable of
fasting due to terminal weakness or illness. It is permissible for you
to forgo your fasts and pay fidya instead (Tahtawi alal-Maraqi 453). It
must be remembered though that in any case, if you somehow become
capable of fasting again (even through advanced medicines or
treatments), all the missed fasts will have to made up again, even if
you had already paid fidya for them (Fatwa Hindiyya 1:207).

Wassalam,

SunniPath Fiqh Team

MMVIII © SunniPath.
